So many of you loved my post about dorm products you will actually use that I thought it would be a good idea to share a complete college packing list for you. My freshman year I was completely clueless about what I would need for my dorm. I was the first in my family to move in to a dorm and the resources on the internet were overwhelming to say the least.
Please note that this list will vary depending on how big/small your room is, your living styles, and your decor preferences. Sooooo with that being said, I hope this general list is helpful for you as you prepare for your big move! I have linked some of my favorite products and tried to find the best deals for you below.

SIDE NOTE: Majority of these items are from Amazon because it is budget friendly and convenient for moving. I highly recommend signing up for Amazon Prime Student to help you save money and get quick shipping! You can get a 6 month free trial as well, so you have nothing to lose.

There are a few obvious things I left off of this list such as clothing and school supplies. Deciding which clothes to take is a total personal preference and could be a whole post in itself (let me know if you want to see that post). School supplies do not need to be packed as you can buy them once you are all settled in.
I have created a very handy FREE printable list with everything in this post that you can take with you while you shop! All you have to do is click here.
Let me know in the comments below if you have questions about anything on the list or need advice on what to bring! You can also email me here with any questions you might have.
