College Packing List: Everything You Actually Need

August 1, 2018

So many of you loved my post about dorm products you will actually use that I thought it would be a good idea to share a complete college packing list for you. My freshman year I was completely clueless about what I would need for my dorm. I was the first in my family to move in to a dorm and the resources on the internet were overwhelming to say the least.

Please note that this list will vary depending on how big/small your room is, your living styles, and your decor preferences. Sooooo with that being said, I hope this general list is helpful for you as you prepare for your big move! I have linked some of my favorite products and tried to find the best deals for you below.

Check out this complete college packing list. There is no BS products that will go to waste. This college packing list is everything you will actually need! Plus get access to the free printable

*this post contains affiliate links. To learn more about this, please refer to my disclosure.*

SIDE NOTE: Majority of these items are from Amazon because it is budget friendly and convenient for moving. I highly recommend signing up for Amazon Prime Student to help you save money and get quick shipping! You can get a 6 month free trial as well, so you have nothing to lose.
