If you change your mind about your purchase and have met the refund terms, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request. Refund requests, if any, must be made within fourteen (14) days of your original purchase.
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, a refund will only be processed if none of the material inside the course has been downloaded and/or you have completed less than 5% of the material (the percentage completed can be seen inside the course platform). Once either of these has happened, you are no longer eligible for a refund for that product.
Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product or completed more than 15% of the course material are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion.
If a refund has been approved and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
