You have probably heard that breakfast is the most important part of the day. I used to roll out of bed and head to class with barely enough time to get ready. Meaning I NEVER ate breakfast. However, when I developed a morning routine I realized I had enough time to eat a little something. I started playing around with super quick and easy breakfast ideas. I quickly developed this delicious smoothie bowl recipe.
This post is all about how to make a super easy smoothie bowl recipe.

I love smoothie bowls because they are so easy to make and you can change them up so you never get tired of eating the same thing. Not only can you change up the base, but you can mix tons of different options for toppings.
Even better, this is something you can make in your dorm room with a mini blender as well. Plus you can keep some frozen fruit in your mini fridge!

This is my absolute favorite smoothie bowl recipe to make because it is quick and super satisfying. One thing that helps keep me fuller longer is that I add protein powder. I use Arbonne’s vanilla plant based protein powder, but you can add any flavor you like.
